The goal is to provide you with the tools needed to fully heal yourself and others. The Universal Life Force Energy help to remove blockages that cause physical, mental, emotional or spiritual distress.  Once removed the body can better heal itself naturally.  Reiki is the foundation of my practice. My purpose is to help you understand the root cause of the pain, illness, disease, distress and direct your steps to wellness.

Paperwork will be completed then a brief consultation to talk about what you are wanting from the session and asked any questions you may have.  You will remove only your shoes and remain fully clothed during the session.  Will typically lay on your back with your eyes closed.  You may feel a slight touch as my hands gently move over your body put typically my hands will be a few inches above. Clients may feel heat or cooling, some might fell tingling, some may feel nothing at all.  But almost all feel a deep sense of relaxation that permeates their whole being.  Please let me know if you feel any discomfort and I can make adjustments.

After session: take a few minutes to re-awaken to your surroundings.  Drink water throughout your day to help flush out your system.  Then we will return to the office for a post-session consult to discuss how you are feeling and our next step.

Sessions are either 30 minutes or 50-60 minutes in length.  There will be before and after session for discussions that can take an extra 15-20 minutes.  30 minutes - $50.00   1 hour - $75.00
